Randy Bina is the Executive Director of Bismarck Parks & Recreation District (BPRD) in Bismarck, North Dakota.He has worked in the parks and recreation field for 32 years and has been with BPRD since 1988. Randy received his bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, and his master’s degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck. Randy enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, Elizabeth, is a special needs teacher with Bismarck PublicSchools. They have three children.[current as of August 2012].
