Matt Enoch CPRE

Matt Enoch, CPRE is the Fort Riley, Kansas Community Recreation Division Chief. He was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas. He has twenty-eight years of service in the park and recreation profession, eighteen of those with the Army at Fort Riley, Fort Knox, Kentucky and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. He has B.S. in Park Resources Management and Master of Public Administration degrees from Kansas State University. Matt has led multiple agencies through CAPRA accreditation and achievement of the National Gold Medal AwardHe served as the Department of Defense representative on the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies from 2010 through 2018, was the Armed Forces Recreation Network Chair in 2014 and was honored as the Army Recreation Employee of the Year for 2015. Matt currently serves on the Manhattan Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, the Manhattan Parks and Recreation Foundation Board of Directors and has served as the Parks and Recreation Administration course instructor at K-State. He lives in Manhattan with his wife Alicia and their children Francis, Reah and Mark.
