Minimum requirements: Practitioner: minimum 15 years of high-level administrative experience with a BS or BA degree Educator: rank of full Professor or served in a high-level administrative position in higher education and recognized as an educator for combined minimum period of 15 years Urban Director: Director or CEO of major Federal, State, Regional, County (or Parish), or City with a population of 500,000 or more Academy members may nominate a maximum of two (2) individuals for membership annually. The following three awards will be given in 2023: One (1) Best Paper Award of $750 and up to $500 in travel funds to attend the NRPA 2023 Annual Conference in Dallas, TX.
